Our purpose is to
understand and recommend improvements to the ROW /IGA/Data Sharing/Joint
Ownership/Permits processes between the Partnership entities in order to
expedite individual & joint processes.
Goals
1.
IGA Process including joint ownership & data
sharing – Understand all entities individual processes and recommend standard
formats for various types of IGAs. Create a list of authorized signers for
various levels of IGAs.
2.
Permits – Understand all entities processes and
requirements.
3.
ROW – Understand all entities individual processes
and recommend standard formats for various types of ROW agreements.
